Digital Divas Summit 2026: SHIFT!
We’re living through a moment where work, leadership, ambition, identity, health, and technology are all changing at once. AI is reshaping industries in real time. Careers are becoming less linear. Visibility has become both opportunity and pressure. And more women are openly questioning what success should actually look and feel like in an always-on world.
SHIFT is rooted in those conversations.
The programme explores the real shifts women are navigating right now; from burnout, reinvention, and financial power to AI, leadership, visibility, and sustainable ambition.
Across the day, the focus moves beyond surface-level inspiration into more honest, practical, and future-facing conversations about building careers, businesses, communities, and lives in a rapidly changing world.
More than anything, SHIFT is about navigating change intentionally, while remaining human within it.
