As Director and Co-Founder of Job Crystal, she co-leads the business, blending deep recruitment expertise with Job Crystal's AI-powered hiring technology to drive the company's mission of making a meaningful dent in unemployment through smarter, more human-centred hiring.

Her journey began at Ernst & Young, where she spent over a decade managing finance resourcing for the firm's non-audit clients, before founding and running her own niche recruitment agency, Platinum People Recruitment, for close to nine years. She holds a Bachelor of Business Science in Personnel Management from the University of Cape Town.
