Ayanda Vabaza-Mvandaba CA(SA) is an entrepreneur, investor, board leader and TEDx speaker who combines boardroom rigour with entrepreneurial agility. She is a Director of Kwandiso Consulting, a financial services firm specialising in reporting, valuations, M&A and management consulting, and of Mvandaba Group, an investment company with interests across fuel, energy, property, FMCG and professional services. Ayanda also serves as Chairperson of Wealthvest Investment Management, a Non-Executive Director of Peregrine Life and a member of the NHLS Audit and Risk Committee. Recognised among SAICA’s Top 35 Under 35 and the Mail & Guardian’s 200 Young South Africans, she is passionate about helping businesses scale sustainably and creating opportunities for young people.
