Shivani Ghai

Shivani Ghai has had more career pivots than most people have job titles.

If anyone knows about work shifts, it's her.

She started out studying Aerospace Engineering (yes, actual rocket science), somehow found herself in management consulting, strategy, project management, leadership development, case writing, university lecturing, facilitation, entrepreneurship, coaching, and at one point even became a certified yoga teacher because apparently one career wasn't enough.

Today, Shivani teaches the next generation of consultants and business leaders, helping them navigate a world where AI is changing not just how we work, but who we need to become. As a lecturer, strategist and consultant, she spends her time exploring the intersection of technology, leadership and human potential, asking one question above all else: What skills will still matter when AI can do everything else?

An MBA graduate from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business, Shivani has spent over 13 years helping organisations and individuals solve complex problems, embrace uncertainty and reinvent themselves.

She believes the future doesn't belong to people with perfect career plans, it belongs to those curious, adaptable and brave enough to keep shifting.
