Talita Jacobs

Talita Jacobs is Head of Data Analytics and Insights at Momentum. She is a qualified actuary with over 17 years of
consulting experience in employee benefits, currently serves as the Product Head for Momentum Grow, an

innovative employee benefits solution designed specifically for the needs of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises
(MSMEs) as well as leading Momentum Corporate’s Data Analytics and Insights team.

She has held leadership positions at Absa Consultants and Actuaries and Deloitte, managing a diverse client
portfolio that includes employers, retirement funds, and medical schemes. Talita’s expertise spans developing
digital employee benefits solutions, with a passion for extracting insights from data and pushing boundaries to
create innovative and effective solutions.

At Digital Divas 2025, Talita will open the morning with a keynote on resilience and clarity — exploring how women
can harness data, confidence, and adaptability to navigate uncertainty and shape their own paths in business
and leadership.
