From Berlin to Cape Town, Noligwa Jansson has built a career at the intersection of design, technology, and
human needs. With a background in international business and UX design, she has spent over a decade
translating complex systems into products and platforms people actually want to use. She’s also worked with
early-stage startups across Europe through her time at Antler and has a keen interest in technology that enhances
life, not just productivity.

Noligwa is the co-founder of Diza, a digital-first platform that’s redefining how families care for elderly loved ones
from afar. With a bold vision for the future of ageing and care, Diza supports caregivers with smart tools that foster
connection, dignity, and peace of mind, no matter the distance.

At Digital Divas 2025, Noligwa will step into the spotlight during the Diva Pitch before joining the panel “Becoming a
Digital Diva: Building, Scaling & Standing Out” to share what it takes to build tech with heart, and grow a startup
that actually solves real-world problems.
