Este Burger is the CEO of Biocode Technologies, a pioneering health-tech company developing specialised
diagnostics for vascular damage and inflammation. With a background in biomedical electronic engineering and
an M.Eng degree in biosensor development, Este is passionate about pushing the boundaries of what’s possible at
the intersection of healthcare, technology, and design.

Equal parts scientist and storyteller, Este thrives on divergent thinking and creative problem-solving. Her work
bridges hard science with intuitive human-centred innovation, and her curiosity has fuelled Biocode’s mission to
make cutting-edge health insights accessible and actionable for all.

At Digital Divas 2025, Este will step into the spotlight during the Diva Pitch, sharing how Biocode is changing the
game for personalised health, and will then join the panel “Becoming a Digital Diva: Building, Scaling & Standing
Out” to explore what it takes to build, scale, and stand out as a woman in the digital-first world.
